Introduction to Yoga Workshop
This workshop is designed for those new to yoga or who want to learn more about the process. We will explore the correct procedure for breathing and several of the basic yoga asanas. There are 6 sessions. Its recommended that students attend all 6 however it is not required. Registration is required as space is limited. The regular yoga flow class will follow. Participants are welcome to attend both classes for a small additional fee.
