There are many reasons for joining this training. First of all it will deepen your practice. You will learn about much more than the physical asana that we practice in class. There's the history and philosophy of yoga, the various techniques of practice, sequence, and more. You will have the opportunity to experiment with more challenging poses. Do you want to teach? There's a great need for more classes and thus teachers in our area. This course will give you the ability to be certified by the Yoga Alliance, the credentialing organization for yoga.
This is What Students Who Have Completed the Program Have to Say About it:
  • "The teachers are very knowledgeable and were very thorough in their teaching. I don't think I could have chosen a better program to attend for my yoga teacher training. I feel well prepared moving forward."
  • "This program highly exceeded my expectations, teaching far more than just how to be a yoga teacher. Our instructors were insightful and truly attentive to us, as students. It has been a life changing experience that has enhanced my quality of life through the power of yoga and all that it encompasses. I am so thankful to Sandy and Jamie."
