Guidelines

Zoom
  • Let Sandy know if you would like to join a class
  • Log on 5 - 10 minutes early (earlier if it's your first time)
  • Mute your microphone if you are very early or late
  • Keep your microphone on mute during the class
  • It's okay to log on late, just make sure your microphone is muted and remember to warm up
  • Check for Zoom updates occasionally
Studio
  • Be fully vaccinated for covid 19
  • Must have a reservation
  • Arrive 5 - 10 minutes before class begins. If this is your first class arrive at least 10 minutes early
  • Be as fragrance free as possible (perfume, colognes, etc) Some people have serious allergies to fragrances
  • Turn off cell phones
For All Classes
  • Wear comfortable clothes that let you bend and stretch
  • Be gentle with yourself. Do not force yourself into a pose
  • Relax and be comfortable. This will help you eventually move deeper into the poses, building strength and flexibility
  • Do not do any pose that hurts
  • Let me know if something bothers you, and I will help you with a modification.
  • Let me know if you have any injuries or serious conditions
  • Drink Plenty of water!
  • Enjoy yourself and smile a lot!
