Guidelines
- Arrive 5 - 10 minutes before class begins. If this is your first class arrive at least 10 minutes before class begins.
- Front door will be closed at the start time of the class. If you are late (< 5 minutes) please knock on the back door.
- Doors open at 6:50 for 7 PM class.
- Be as fragrance (perfume, colognes, etc) free as possible. Some people have serious allergies to fragrances.
- Turn off Cell Phones!
- Wear comfortable clothes that let you bend and stretch.
- Be gentle with yourself. Do not force yourself into a pose. Relaxing and doing what your body easily allows will eventually help you move deeper into the pose and build strength and flexibility.
- Do not do any pose that hurts. Let me know if something bothers you, and I will help you with a modification.
- Let me know if you have any injuries or serious conditions.
- Drink Plenty of water!
- Enjoy yourself and smile a lot!
